Privacy policy

Cutship collects as little as it can to run a marketplace. We don't sell your data and there are no third-party ad trackers on the site.

What we collect

Account: your email (for magic-link sign-in) or your GitHub username and avatar if you sign in with GitHub.
Usage: pages you visit, assets you view, copy or install, with a random first-party cookie to count unique visitors. No fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking.
Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Creators: your application, uploads, and the payout account you connect through Stripe.
What you submit: requests, brand kits, and clips you search with. Uploaded clips are deleted right after analysis; we keep only the effects found and one frame.

To sign you in, deliver what you bought, and show creators how their assets perform.
To pay creators and meet tax and accounting obligations.
To prevent abuse (rate limits, fraud checks).

Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
Railway: hosting.
Stripe: payments and creator payouts.
Anthropic: analyzing frames for search by clip, and reviewing creator uploads. Not used to train models.

Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted, by emailing hello@cutship.ai. We keep purchase records as long as the law requires.
Clearing your cookies resets the anonymous visitor id.
