Terms of service

These terms cover your use of cutship.ai, the cutship CLI and MCP server, and anything you buy or sell here. By creating an account or buying an asset you agree to them.

Accounts

  • You need to be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live.
  • Keep your sign-in and CLI tokens private. You are responsible for what happens with them; revoke a token from your dashboard if it leaks.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or try to get around payment.

Buying

  • Prices are shown before checkout and charged by Stripe. Paid assets come with the license on the License page.
  • Because assets are digital and delivered right away, sales are final. If an asset doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Selling as a creator

  • You must own, or have the rights to, everything you upload: code, footage, fonts, sounds and anything inside them.
  • Every upload is reviewed (automated checks plus a person) before it's listed. We can decline or remove listings.
  • Creators receive 70% of each sale; Cutship keeps 30%. Payouts go through Stripe Connect to the account you connect, after Stripe's usual holding period.
  • You give Cutship a license to host, preview, render, promote and deliver your assets to buyers under the asset's license.
  • Don't upload malware, code that phones home, tracking, or anything meant to harm the buyer's machine or project.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping paid code, sharing paid files, or reselling assets.
  • No automated abuse of the site, CLI or API beyond normal use. We rate-limit and may block clients that hammer the service.
  • Requests and clip searches must not include content you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

Cutship is provided as is. We work to keep it running and the assets working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every asset fits your project. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
